Ingredients:
Basmati rice: 1 cup
Jaggery: 3/4 cup
Water: 2 cups
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Saffron: a pinch (soaked in warm milk)
Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
Mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, raisins): 1/4 cup (chopped)
Cloves: 2-3

Rinse and cook basmati rice with water until done.
In a pan, heat ghee, add cloves, and sauté for a few seconds.
Add jaggery and a little water to melt.
Once jaggery is melted, add cooked rice, saffron milk, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
